A relaxation massage is a full body massage designed to reduce stress and tension, typically lasts an hour. Included in this massage are neglected areas such as your back, chest, head, arms, hands, legs & feet. It's a great stress management technique. Pressure is usually anywhere between light to deep, depending on the client's preference. If you prefer to focus on a specific area, we can usually do that in a 30 minute appointment.
